If you are not satisfied with the product you may send it back but within 14 days from the delivery. In this case we return money for the product but not the shipping cost or return shipping. Read the details in terms and conditions.

If you received the product and it is not the same as you ordered email us - in case of our mistake we will replace it or take other action agreed on both sides.

The customer is responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping back to Newbornprops.eu.

If the product you received is damaged, it can be refunded but only when you scan us a GLS damage certificate given by the courier. We send parcels insured but this insurance demands a damage certificate so please check the box inside before the courier leaves your place.
